WELCOME TO RAISING TOMORROW'S LEADERS (RTL)
A 9-month parenting journey rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) - supporting parents, teachers, and caregivers to nurture children and young people with calm, clarity, and connection.

RTL is for parents, educators, and youth workers who want to engage with children and young people with greater intention, empathy, and skill.
​
Over 9 months, you’ll deepen self-connection, grow your listening and communication skills, and learn to bring more empathy and honesty into families, classrooms, and communities.

The program is conducted via virtual sessions & unfolds in two phases:

Phase 1 (4.5 months): Focus on parenting and transforming family relationships

Phase 2 (4.5 months): Step into leadership — bringing what you’ve learned into your community
​You may choose to join just Phase 1 or the full 9-month journey.

Inspired by the Parent Peer Leadership Program (PPLP) created by Inbal Kashtan (of BayNVC), RTL has been lovingly adapted for the Indian subcontinent.
